It Has Stunts & Everything

Bleachers released the most-slept-on song of the summer with infectious synth-rock anthem “I Wanna Get Better”. Happily, there’s more than one Bruce Springsteen circa 1984-referencing gem on the band’s very, very good debut LP Strange Desire. Jack Antonoff & friends are releasing “Rollercoaster” as their next single and the attention-grabbing video is a suitably wild ride.

The visual is the retro rock equivalent of The Adventures Of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (without the costumes). Jack naps peacefully in his van until a blond vixen wakes him up and inspires a jam session on top of the moving vehicle. The ensuing performance looks dangerous and cool but doesn’t quite get Taylor Swift‘s recent collaborator the girl. Watch the action up top.
