Ramona Rizzo is one of the newest castmembers on Vh1's "Mob Wives" who is Karen Gravano's right hand girl/best friend/cousin, but she's also someone who doesn't hold her tongue, brings the funk and has a serious distaste for Drita D'Avanzo.
