Tickets for Miley Cyrus‘ Bangerz tour went on pre-sale today, so it’s about time we learned who will be joining the sledge hammer-wielding diva on the road. Her lucky support acts? Swedish electro-pop duo Icona Pop and indie-darling Sky Ferreira.
Miley announced her touring partners on Twitter today (November 12) and raised a few eyebrows with her curious choices. Neither act fits the urban-pop soundscape she desperately cultivated on Bangerz and Sky, in particular, will be a hard pill for Smilers to swallow with her grungy lo-fi pop tunes.
