Lady Gaga unfailingly turns heads every time she steps out to attend different events or to promote her album. All eyes are always on her because of her typically bizarre outfits. Most of her ensembles are actually like costumes, so when she was spotted leaving her London hotel on October 31, we were unsure if she was dressed up for a Halloween party or if that was just another outfit for the day.

Gaga opted for a Geisha look this time by wearing a kimono-style dress and carrying a huge seashell parasol. That's definitely striking, right? We do love her light makeup and her very neat bob, too. Another eccentric accessory that captured our eyes was her pair of platform sandals, which feature interesting straps with pompoms. They look like the traditional Japanese slippers called "Geta," but since the singer never settles for anything ordinary, hers were given a very unusual update. They are heel-less and have a zigzag/lego effect all over. It's definitely hard to walk in these heels! If you're curious, they're by Winde Rienstra.

Well, okay, we all know she was in the city to promote her album, Artpop, which is set to be released on November 6. And since she arrived in the capital, she had become unstoppable! She'd been wearing strange costumes day after day! On November 1, we spotted her once again leaving her hotel in central London en route to Kiss FM radio studios for yet another album promotion. This time her outfit was kind of tamed as she simply opted for an all-white dress.
Some said she was dressed as a statue here, and you can even see white paints on her body. She was also seen in tears while leaving the hotel, perhaps still mourning for her dog or probably just channeling a weeping statue. Whatever it was, we do love this somewhat restrained look, except that she didn't wear anything on her feet!

Yup! Lady Gaga was shoeless! So, although her outfit was less weird, she still managed to draw eyes by not wearing shoes. She just knows how to get everyone's attention!
