Clean Bandit Perform “Rather Be” On ‘Good Morning America’: Watch

Clean Bandit Good Morning America GMA Rather Be 2014

No-No-No-No-No!

When we interviewed Clean Bandit this past spring, we obviously had quite a crush on the UK band’s addictive pop-meets-house-meets-classical sound, but we had no idea how big their crossover hit “Rather Be” would become in America. Fast forward to September, a time when the quartet’s Jess Glynne-featuring single has been hovering just outside of the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 for several weeks and they’ve been trekking across the States doing live shows in support of their debut LP New Eyes.

Neil, Grace and brothers Jack and Luke played at New York City’s Webster Hall on Tuesday evening, then followed that up with a performance of “Rather Be” (sans Jess Glynne, but with vocalist Elisabeth Troy in tow) on Good Morning America.

Unfortunately, the only embeddable clips of it out there are pretty dodgy, as far as quality goes, so your best bet is watching here.

Beyonce Joins Jay-Z On Stage At Barclays Center

Do They Really Want To Live Forever?

If there’s one celebrity couple we can imagine staying “Young Forever,” it’s probably Jay-Z and Beyonce. The pair looked positively radiant when HOV brought out a “surprise guest” - his wife! - for the final night of his week-long stint at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. All that was missing was Blue Ivy rocking out in a high chair.

First Bey performed “Diva” and her hubby-assisted “Crazy in Love.” Later in the show, the Mrs. returned to provide vocals on the Blueprint 3 track “Young Forever,” subbing for the sampled Rod Stewart. Catch the rest below.

“Diva” & “Crazy In Love”

Isn’t it nice when an old married couple can still get out and spend time together like they used to, performing hit songs on a stage in front of thousands?

Prince Joins Mary J. Blige On Stage At iHeartRadio Music Festival

Watch Mary J. & The Purple One Duet!

Day One of the iHeartRadio Music Festival gave us a delightful, unexpected duet between Pink and No Doubt, and another appealing duo took the stage for Day Two - Prince and Mary J. Blige! The Purple One joined Mary midway through her set when she introduced a “real good friend,” then the two launched into Prince’s “Nothing Compares 2 U” (though you might be more familiar with the Sinead O’Connor version).

Nothing compares to two music legends hitting the stage together.

What’d you think of this pairing? Let us know on Facebook or Twitter!
