Back in July, many websites reported on a workout DVD that Kelly Rowland was working on with celebrity fitness trainer, Jeanette Jenkins. The workout DVD was going to be titled "Sexy Abs" and the reason behind the DVD was that Kelly Rowland was constantly being asked about her workout routine. So both Kelly and Jeanette teamed up for the project so that the masses can try to acquire a Kelly Rowland mid section.
Well, yours truly has gotten ahold of a little sneak peek trailer of what you can expect from the "Sexy Abs" DVD. So if you're interested in checking it out, then by all means click on the "Read More" button below:
The new DVD is set to hit stores on December 15th. Will you be running out to purchase this DVD as a Christmas present for someone? I'm listening!
I truly don't even know where to begin with this one. I was browsing through some websites and came across a very controversial video of Jim Jones sniffing massive amounts of cocaine and popping into his mouth what looks to be ecstacy pills.
I have no idea if this video is from an old videoshoot because Jim Jones is rocking his braids in the footage. I also have no idea if this is some manufactured video, but whatever the case is, the shit looks real! And if you're as nosey as I am and would like to check out the video for yourselves, then by all means please click on the "Read More" button below:
What kills me about this whole clip is the freakin music they're playing in the background like we're in the disco era! Really? Was this a joke to the folks who released the footage? Not cute! Not cute at all! I'm curious to hear what you folks think of this footage. I'm listening!
Tis the season to be jolly and all that good stuff!
Mariah Carey is on her Christmas run and has released another Christmas video for the holiday season in the form of "When Christmas Comes" which features John Legend. The video was shot at Mariah and Nick Cannon's Beverly Hills home and you can check out some cameos from Roc & Roe in the video as well. The video also features clips from Charlie Brown's "A Charlie Brown Christmas" which is a classic holiday cartoon.
Make a long story short, the point of the whole video is that Christmas is nothing without family so I hope you guys enjoy the video when you click on the "Read More" button below:
I hope all you guys have a wonderful and safe holiday season!! And of course, let me know your thoughts on the video.
Just recently, Toni Braxton visited the "Chelsea Lately" show and talked about everything from dating white men to dating her ex husband at times. Hmmm....very interesting if you ask me.
Anywho, not one to disappoint, Chelsea gets right into it and the interview was hilarious. It made for some good TV, but did anyone else notice Chelsea's shoes?! Those bad boys were HAWT!!! I couldn't keep my eyes off of them and actually forgot about the interview. LOL!

One of Hip Hop's hypnotic duo's, Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa, are gracing the cover of the newest issue of "Rolling Out" magazine. The two got together with "Rolling Out" to discuss their new projects, their thoughts on marijuana being legalized and how they are inspired by each other.
You can check out a few excerpts from "Rolling Out's" interview with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa when you click on the "Read More" button below:
There has to be a mutual respect to bring both of the camps together. How are you guys inspired by each other? Wiz Khalifa:Snoop’s work ethic. He continues to always work. People always talk about rap legends and give them accolades. Snoop is still going and he’s the only artists still going hard. He keeps it like that. No one is making it happen for him or telling him to do that. It’s him doing that and staying consistent.Snoop:I’m inspired by Wiz’s spirit. He makes everyone feel as if they are a part of his situation. He has the right mind to lead. He leads with precision. To know that you’re a leader, you have to give them something to follow. He takes his time with what he does. He had my entire house in love with him. My family was excited that we were working together from day one.
You guys don’t hide your love for marijuana. What are your thoughts on the potential legalization of marijuana? Snoop:We want it to be legal because it does a lot of good for people. It helps in different medical situations. Drugs such as alcohol and tobacco kill more people annually than marijuana has killed in 20 years. If we can legalize it, tax it, and sell it out of the front door instead of the back door, we could probably eliminate some of the problems that we’re having in America.
