3 Reasons Why Anne Hathaway’s Travel Outfit is Copy-Worthy!

Could this be it? Could this be Anne Hathaway's fashion saving grace after missing the mark so many times as of late?

In our eyes, this outfit is definitely one of our favorite off-the-red-carpet ensembles of the actress. In the interest of bringing its appeal to light, we're listing down the 3 reasons why it's so copy-worthy:

1. The gorgeous silken trousers for serious style

The 31-year old actress successfully showed off the trousers' casual potential despite it having a dressy vibe. So let's not just delegate the silken trousers to formal functions, shall we?

2. The functional blazer to fend off the elements

To give a glamorous touch to nondescript shirt attire, a blazer is a sterling addition. Plus, it gives a semblance of protection against the cold.

3. The sneakers for comfort

Way to get really comfortable in a plane, Anne!

This outfit should prompt you into adding more silken or satin trousers in your closet. Here are some great finds:

Heidi Klum’s Knees Are Still Pretty Perfect

Heidi Klum went as an old lady for Halloween this year, and, as always expected from the supermodel, it was beyond epic.

We bet you've never seen an old person costume as committed as this. Short of rolling around in a wheelchair, Heidi had an Oscar-winning makeup team give her wrinkles, crow's feet, turkey neck, liver spots, bulging veins - the works.

Heidi Klum's Halloween costume was so amazingly detailed, we had a difficult time distinguishing which parts were makeup/latex and which parts were really her. We can be sure, though, that those legs in the twitpic above are 100% makeup. Just the other day, Heidi showed up at a football practice in ripped jeans that showed that her actual knees are still pretty perfect.

No saggy knees or spidery varicose veins yet for Heidi Klum!

We asked you before if you would wear jeans with the knees blown out, but perhaps what we should be asking is if you would buy jeans with the knees pre-ripped for you. It's like taking the fun out of wearing out a beloved pair of jeans! But if paying the premium is no big deal for you, check out our top picks for showing off smooth, youthful knees below.

Describe Anne Hathaway’s Palazzo Pants Look in 3 Words

Quick, without thinking deeply, what 3 words would you use to describe Anne Hathaway's pants?

Anne Hathaway

If your thoughts veered toward words like horrendous, ugly, and unflattering, you are definitely not a fan of Anne's pants. If you thought they are okay, nice, unique, then perhaps you think this look isn't too bad.

I think Anne has one of those body shapes that can wear pretty much anything and get away with it. She definitely has the physique and the long legs to make palazzo pants look flattering and chic.

Unfortunately, though, those are all wasted on this particular pair of palazzo. Separately, it isn't too bad. The army green hue is quite popular these days and would work great with edgy pieces. But the wrinkly fabric is just too off-putting for any fashion nazi's peace of mind.

Anne's styling is also a tad confusing. The chucks and stripey orange top are definitely not the pieces to wear with pants like this. She should have worn a sleeveless top to balance them out, and a pair of flat strappy sandals would have made the look more stylish.

Palazzo pants are a little tricky to wear, but with proper styling, you should be able to create a chic outfit. Start with the following pairs:

1. L'Agence Palazzo Pants, $300

2. Alice + Olivia Super Flare Striped Pants, $118.80

3. Chloe Wide-Leg Dress Trouser, $643.58

4. Sacai Patchwork Trouser, $1,132.48

Anne should have worn any of these pairs if she really wanted to sample the palazzo pants trend, don't you think?
