One of my favorite R&B singers hands down is Raheem Devaughn. He is one of the best neo-soul artists in my opinion and is self proclaimed to be an R&B Neo-Soul Hippie Rockstar. So it shouldn't come as a surprise that Raheem Devaugh is back with his 15th mixtape release in a tradition of always keeping the fans coming back for more and this mixtape is titled "Heemy Taught Me 2".
